A stop on the way to work. A box for the break room. A weekend morning when everyone gets to pick their favorite. Donuts are a small part of the day, but those little routines are what a neighborhood bakery is built around.
At Crosby, we’re keeping that tradition going—fresh donuts every morning, from our famous jelly and vanilla cream to Honey Dips, twists, and whatever new flavor we’re having fun with. Something familiar. Something worth coming back for.

People still tell us about Jake Crosby handing donuts out the back to children from Spring Street School. A small kindness, remembered years later.
That’s the feeling we want to keep sharing.

Lunch at Crosby Bakery has always been part of the neighborhood’s day. From the courthouse and local businesses to our police officers, firefighters, and friends at St. Joseph Hospital, we’re proud to feed the people who keep this community going.
Five days a week, you’ll find homemade favorites and something new to try at both locations. We post the week’s menu every Monday, with daily updates here and on social media. Stop in on your lunch break—we’ll have something good waiting.

Pies have been part of Crosby Bakery from the very beginning—a tradition we’re proud to bake fresh into every day. Our fruit pies have always held a special place at local tables: classic apple, apple crumb, blueberry, and cherry. For a family gathering or just because it’s Tuesday, there’s always a reason to bring home a pie.

Jenn cooks. You get the evening together.
A good, home-cooked dinner for busy families, with enough to feed four to six. Jenn puts in the time so you can come home, sit down, and enjoy it together.

Jake is like a grandfather to me. His guidance, his kindness, and the bakery he helped build mean more than I can put into words.
